Almost all images are now back in order! The only few missing are ones I am going to redo and later; the rest of the site is 100% back to normal, so all there is next to do is more content.
The navigation has been updated to look less cluttered! The main addition is the new review pages: reviews for each console or device are listed on their own pages with a link to it. The reviews are categorized with four different headings: Other (with a page detailing the review system), Consoles, Handhelds, and Mobile. Other small modifications have also been made to the navigation.
Some small pages have been edited to include up-to-date information. A few games that I’ve missed have also been added to the collection (319 total): Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, American McGee’s Alice, Blacklight Retribution, Gotham City Imposters Free-to-Play, Jewel Quest II, Jewel Quest III, and Jewel Quest Mysteries all for PC, and My Sims Kingdom for DS.
Yesterday an error occurred and the site was down, erasing all of the data. Fortunately, I had a backup and restored most of the site, with new additions made after the backup added. Everything is back to normal except for most of the images, which I will attend to and see what I can do. The navigation bar has also been updated and will see more changes in the next coming days. I’ve taken extra measures to make sure this won’t happen again, or if it does I’ll be prepared! Here are the past updates:
June 10th, 2013: The day a whole auditorium full of grown men broke down and cried. Yes, after 7 years of waiting Kingdom Hearts III has finally been revealed! Coming to the next-gen consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, there are more questions than answers so far. Under the coverage tab at the end of the side navigation, I’ve added a page called “Confirmations & Speculations” giving you all of the information you need and everything that’s confirmed, with a little guess work added in. This page will be updated as more details are given.
Today I’ve posted a review for Tekken Revolution, a free-to-play fighter on the PS3, and surprisingly, this model works.
I’ve gone around and updated some pages to fix spelling and grammar issues, and added a little bit more information (mainly the bad box art articles). I’ve also added all of my recent games to my collection, now totaling 308. Today’s main update is the Running with Friends Tips page, under the Coverage heading at the bottom of the left navigation.
Today I bring you 16 new iPhone game reviews: one for the original FallDown! and 15 of its clones. All iOS games will now be reviewed on an iPhone 5 with the latest OS. There are plenty more clones to sift through, so expect more reviews soon!
Happy New Year! Today we have a new appreciation of terrible artwork. This time it’s for Metro-Cross, a game from the mid-80′s that features a goofy looking skater wearing terrible clothing on its cover. Check it out and decide for yourself how bad it is!
